Retreats
Time away that helps people carry responsibility together.
A retreat is where the studies become practice. People work side by side, sit in silence, and talk honestly around a fire, and they go home with more than a good weekend.
Men’s Resilience Retreat
A wilderness weekend for young men stepping into responsibility.
Friday to Sunday, outdoors. Every participant chooses his own level of challenge. Nobody is pushed past what he agreed to, and nobody is carried through it either.
The weekend is organized around shared work, silence, and fire circles. The goal is not an adrenaline high. It is a young man going home knowing a little more clearly what he can carry, and who carries it with him.
Built to be passed on. Each leader teaches his skill to someone else during the weekend, so the retreat never depends on any one leader returning next year.

Four pillars
Formation for the whole person.
Physical competence
Real work with real tools. Confidence that comes from doing, not being told.
Mental resilience
Choosing a challenge, staying with it, and learning what you can carry.
Emotional formation
Honest conversation around the fire. Room to name what has been heavy.
Spiritual formation
Scripture, silence, and prayer woven through the work, not bolted on after it.
